Executive Director, IMX Inc. Board of Directors

Mr. Austin joined IMX in April 1997 as one of the initial broker member sales executives until July 1997. From July 1997 to August 1998, he served as lender sales executive, director of lender sales and subsequently vice president of sales. With over 20 years of extensive sales and sales management experience within the mortgage industry Mr. Austin is now representing IMX as senior vice president, national sales. Prior to joining IMX, Mr. Austin worked in both the retail and wholesale production units of the mortgage industry, beginning his career in Southern California. Mr. Austin has most recently held manager and regional manager wholesale mortgage production positions with Occidental and Mission Hills Mortgage.

Vice President, Operations- acting CEO

Michele Buschman joined IMX in August of 1998 as the Secondary Marketing Manager for IMX's then subsidiary, IDF Mortgage located in Milpitas, CA. In February of 1999, Michele assumed the role of managing IMX's trading operations department, where she was responsible for installation, training and daily operations for IMX's lender clients. While managing trading operations for IMX, Michele also served a key role in defining and developing IMX's completely new web-based Exchange application. After the successful launch of the web-based version of IMX Exchange in March of 2000, Michele moved into the role of Sr. Business Analyst, Manager of Product Development. Michele has been a driving force in the development of new upgrades to the IMX Exchange product and has been instrumental in the design and development of IMX's Private Label products. Reflecting her responsibility for overall product design and development, Michele was promoted to Director of Product Development in November of 2002. In May of 2004, Mrs. Buschman was promoted to Vice President, Operations for IMX. In this position, Mrs. Buschman oversees all of the day to day operations for IMX, and directs all product development projects. In January of 2006, Mrs. Buschman was appointed as the acting CEO for IMX. Mrs. Buschman came to IMX with an excess of ten years experience in the mortgage industry, specializing in Secondary Marketing. She holds a Bachelors Degree from California State University, Hayward. Michele is based out of IMX's California office located in Pleasanton.

Director, Client Operations

Mr. Wilkes joined IMX in January of 2000 as a Lender Support Representative for several of the company's key lender clients. From March 2001 to January 2002, Matt served as Manager of IMX's Lender Services department where his responsibilities included the installation, training and support for IMX's lender clients. In January of 2002, Matt took on the role of Client Services Manager over lender and broker operations and currently oversees operations for the Houston office as Director of Client Operations. Mr. Wilkes came to IMX from a traditional mortgage background and holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Houston. Matt is based out of IMX's corporate headquarters in Houston, TX.
