IMX Appoints Ranjit Mavinkurve as Vice President of Technology and Michele Buschman as Director of Product Development

Houston, TX - November 25, 2002 - IMX, Inc., a leading provider of software for the mortgage industry, announced that it has named Ranjit Mavinkurve as Vice President of Technology and Michele Buschman as Director of Product Development.

Mr. Mavinkurve joined IMX in 1997 and previously served as Director of Software Engineering of the Company. He is responsible for development of the IMX Exchange product, as well as the development of the company's other applications. Mr. Mavinkurve has more than 12 years experience in software design and development, with expertise that includes building distributed client-server and web applications using Java technologies. He holds a Masters degree in Computer Applications from University of Pune, India.

Mrs. Buschman joined IMX in 1998 and previously served as Sr. Business Analyst, Manager of Product Development. She has been a driving force in the development of new upgrades to the IMX Exchange product and is instrumental in the design and development of IMX's Private Label products. Mrs. Buschman came to IMX with an excess of ten years experience in the mortgage industry, specializing in Secondary Marketing. She holds a Bachelors Degree from California State University, Hayward.
