IMX Unveils BrokerBank^SM: A proprietary tool to automate the broker due diligence process.

Houston, TX, March 18, 2003 - IMX, Inc., a leading provider of technology solutions for the mortgage industry, announced its creation of BrokerBank^SM. BrokerBank^SM is a browser-based work-flow and vendor management system for lenders to manage the broker due diligence process in a secure on-line environment. The product allows for digital storage and review of the broker's information, as well as a built-in task management tools for tracking the key data related to the broker. The product also enables mortgage brokers to store their due diligence package for instantaneous on-line access and submission to lenders.

IMX performs a rigorous due diligence on all brokers using IMX Exchange. "We maintain broker due diligence packages on just under 3,000 mortgage brokers, and we do this for some two dozen wholesale lenders. "With the continual growth in Exchange membership, lenders and brokers, and the need to update these records annually, it was mission critical that we build an application that allowed us to digitally store, review and transmit the broker's information, said Randall Brown, Vice President of IMX, Inc. This product was a natural for us to build in order to support the rapid growth of the IMX Exchange platform," added Brown.
